Shipping, Delivery and Foreign International Orders
Processing Time
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days from the order date.
- Next-Day orders placed before 1:00 PM Central Time (US) usually ship the same business day (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
Domestic Methods & Cost (USA)
- Free Shipping via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage on all items, regardless of weight. During the Christmas Season we can elect to use UPS for reliability. Check out with USPS Free Shipping, since the website is already set up for that - and we will upgrade to UPS GROUND FOR FREE.
- If your item is High Dollar Value, it will automatically ship via UPS, and you will get free shipping.
- We do not use International Parcel Post due to limited tracking/insurance.
Upgrades & Special Services
- Expedited options are shown at checkout when available.
- Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders at our discretion.
Tracking & Delivery
- Tracking is provided for all shipments; please allow the carrier up to 24 hours to update scans.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and accessible for delivery or pickup.
Damage in Transit
- Inspect packages on arrival. If damaged, retain all packing and notify us within 2 business days so we can assist with a carrier claim.
Undeliverable / Refused / Unclaimed
- If a package is returned to us, contact us to arrange reshipment. The order is not canceled solely because it was unclaimed or refused.
- Reshipment costs and any carrier return fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Foreign Orders (International)
Availability
- We ship worldwide except to the United Kingdom and Australia. Other exclusions may apply.
Costs & Methods
- International shipping is not free; rates are shown at checkout.
- Services offered vary by destination and item value/size.
Duties, Taxes & Customs
- Not collected at checkout. You are responsible for all import duties, VAT/GST, and fees assessed by your country.
- A telephone number is required for customs and delivery; if missing, we will email you for it and shipment may be delayed.
Transit Times & Tracking
- International transit times vary and may be extended by customs processing.
- Tracking visibility differs by country; some carriers hand off to local posts.
Refused or Returned by Customs
- If a shipment is returned due to refusal, unpaid duties/taxes, or customs issues, we can reship at your request; reshipment costs and any return fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
