Returns Policy

Return Window & Notice

• You must notify us of any issue within 2 business days of delivery.
• Eligible items must be returned within 10 days of delivery, in the same condition received with original components/packaging.

What We Offer

• Exchange, repair, or in-store credit. (Cash refunds are not offered unless expressly stated.)
• Accepted reasons: wrong product received, product issue/defect, exchange, or repair.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

• Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions before sending anything back.
• Ship with tracking and insurance. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

• If we shipped the wrong item or there is a confirmed defect, we will provide or reimburse a reasonable return label.
• All other returns: buyer pays return shipping.

Condition Standards

• Items showing misuse, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible.
• We are not responsible for Acts of God or for damage while the item is not in our possession.

In-Store Credit

• May be applied to any product on our website.
• Cannot be used for shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

Unclaimed / Refused Packages

• If an order is returned to us as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, contact us to arrange reshipment. The order is not canceled simply because it wasn’t picked up or accepted.
• Reshipment costs and any carrier return fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
• If an unclaimed order is returned and 60 days have elapsed from the original ship date, no refund is available.

Order Cancellations

• Cancel within 1 business day of the order confirmation email for a full refund.
• PayPal exception: PayPal’s processing fee (2.9% + $0.30) is non-refundable per PayPal policy.
• After 1 business day, cancellations receive an 80% refund as in-store credit.

Our Rights & Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to cancel any sale or order at any time. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sciencemall-USA and its owner, Jensan Scientifics, LLC, are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to returns, delays, or items outside our possession.
