This colorful collection contains 12 vialed samples of:

Fine-grained, Coarse-grained, Pumice, Magnetite, Orange, Olivine, Dune, Glacier, Garnet, Sapphire, Rutile, and Monazite Sands!

Geographically these sands come to you from such places as Africa, glacier fields, a volcanic plateau, un-glaciated (driftless) pockets of the North American continent, and the vast desert.
