The Cave Bear (scientific name: Ursus spelaeus)
lived in Europe from about 300,000 to 15,000BC.
It became extinct about the same time as
the appearance of Cro-Magnon. This particular
skull is among the largest and most complete ever
found.
Location found in:
Karparten Mountains of Romania.
